Apparently, whatever Karyn says becomes the truth. This was a unique opportunity for her. She could make anything she wanted into the truth. So she thought about what she wanted, and said "Wait a minute."
"What?"
"I just thought of something. Do you have a piece of paper?"
"No."
Karyn looked through her purse and brought out a pen. "All I need is some paper."
"There's some mall brochures over there," Jon said as he pointed towards the entrance to the mall.
Karyn walked over and picked one up and came back.
"What's all this about?" Jon asked.
"I just want to be sure about something."
Karyn wrote down on the brochure: Jon has blond hair.
