Jon looked down at himself and realised that he was in Nicole's body. Presumably, Nicole was now in his body. Jon stormed over to her (him?) and yelled "Look at what you've done! How am I supposed to fix this?!"
"What do you mean what I've done?" Nicole screamed, letting Jon's voice creak up an octave, "What did I do? What happened?"
Jon rolled her eyes and huffed a strand of hair from her face. "Long story short, this is a wishing stone, and you screwed us up bad."
Nicole looked down at Jon. The boy in her body was getting very red-faced and frustrated. But at least Jon was now holding the wishing stone, and she clutched it so that Nicole couldn't make a grab at it in a zealous attempt to fix the disastrous wish.
In the background, girls with boy-bodies looked down with disgust at the sweat-soaked scrawny or muscular out-of-breath pubescent males they had become. The majority of girls behind her were similarly disgusted, albeit morbidly fascinated with their new bodies.
A woman's voice came over the PA system. "This is Mr. Brownell, the principal." She muttered, "Although it doesn't really sound like it," before continuing. "As you can tell, our school has been affected by some kind of mass body-swap phenomenon. We will be dismissing for the remainder of the day. Please go to your homes and be safe. We have no idea what has caused this or how to fix it."
Coach Maxwell and Ms. Emmanuel, the instructors of the respective gym classes, both called out. "You heard him... er, her. Everybody attempt to find something suitable to wear and get on your way home."
Jon rolled her eyes and looked at Nicole. "I hope you wore something tasteful today."
She pointed out the window. "It's really warm out. I wanted to show off."
He took the girl-Jon over to the locker that contained Nicole's girl clothes. The top was low cut and the skirt was high. It wasn't appropriate for school, let alone a freshly-bodyswapped boy.
Jon took a look at the outfit and told her, "I think i'll just wear your gym clothes home."
"Can't you just un-wish this whole thing?" Nicole reasoned as they walked to the exit among the throng of panicked, often tearful people.
"I can't undo a wish," Jon reasoned, "I'm sure I'll eventually find a way to go back and re-word it or something, but I really need to sit down and think about it before I dive in. Wishing too hurriedly is what got us into this. I don't want to screw things up worse by saying something stupid that will cause the wish to change and get me deeper into this mess. We could end up worse off than we are now."
"Why do I get the feeling you've done this before?" Nicole suspected.
"I don't know," Jon shrugged, "But I've got the feintest feeling of deja vu, too."
"Jon..." a man's voice said from behind. A deep one. "Is that you?"
Jon turned to see a tall black guy. "It's me," he said. "It's..."
