"You can have it back," Jon said, as Karyn was just entering the bathroom. She felt like she was back to normal, but she decided to check anyways. After lifting up her shirt and verifying that nothing was wrong, she walked back outside to rejoin Jon. What had happened? She had already dismissed Jon or his wishing stone as the culprit. So what else could it have been?
"Karyn? Are you okay? I saw you rush off ..."
"I'm okay. I just felt ... weird, that's all."
"Weird, huh?"
"Yeah."
Jon gazed around the school grounds, wondering what he wanted to swap next.
