(Author's note: since previous writers have been assuming Karyn knows about the transformations, I'm assuming that Jon said that everyone except him and Karyn thinks they were always like that, contrary to the original episode.)
"What do you think I need next?" asked Jon.
Karyn made a suggestion. "Do you think so?" he replied.
"Sure!" said Karyn. "All you need to do is find out who Sarah is seeing right now. She's going to dump him anyway."
But they couldn't. It was an open secret that Sarah and Sylvia Richards were doing the nasty with each other. Which was strange because as far as Jon knew, Sarah was straight, and he'd never heard anything of the sort before... But it became clear as soon as they heard the rumor that Sylvia was pregnant. Jon had traded for Sarah's vagina, and s/he had used his/her index finger, so as far as everyone knew, Sarah always had a dick. Of course that would mean that other things changed too.
So they had to pick someone else. It turned out that Beth'ney Brook, a bleached blonde from Sarah's fan club, was seeing a guy from the high school track team named Todd. Beth'ney was a complete bitch, and Karyn figured that this might be better for Todd.
So Jon waited until she saw the two together, pointed at Beth'ney with his index finger, and said "Give me that boyfriend".
Todd suddenly said "Oh, my girlfriend Jon's here. Talk to you later." Jon let Todd walk up to her, and automatically put her arm without thinking--it seemed that getting someone's boyfriend granted some of the knowledge associated with having them as a boyfriend. "I really like your new outfit, Jon" he said. He didn't even think it was strange for a girl to be named Jon.
