Jon kept running after she exited the restaurant and might have made it all the way home before she stopped if she hadn't stumbled in the heels and fallen onto a random lawn two blocks from the restaurant.

By the time that Karyn had caught up to her, she was still grasping her ankle in pain. "That was brilliant!" Karyn exclaimed. "There is no way that Sarah will ever live that down. Even if she denies it, half of the football team saw it and will say she is lying."

"That's great," Jon said, the pain obvious in his voice. "But I think I twisted my ankle when I fell down. It really hurts and I don't know if I can walk."

"Oh! I'm sorry. Let me take a look at it." Karyn said bending over. As soon as Karyn touched Jon's ankle she screamed in pain causing Karyn to pull back. "Hmm... I wonder..." Karyn said. Then she reached out to grasp Jon's leg, being careful not to touch his ankle, and removed the feminine legs she had given Jon from the drawer.

Suddenly the pain in Jon's ankle was gone. "Wow." she said. "It doesn't hurt anymore. Did you know it was going to work like that?"

"No, but I figured it was worth a try. Come on lets get you back to my house and back to you're old body."

"And out of the wet skirt." Jon said as she stood up. They started walking and it took Jon a second to realize that she was only wearing one shoe. She looked down and was surprised to see that her own leg barefoot, was almost exactly the same length as Sarah's was with the heel on. She filed that under interesting, but not important. She was careful the rest of the way to Karyn's house and made sure that her bare right foot didn't step on anything that would hurt it.
