The next morning Jon woke to the sound of his cell phone ringing directly into his ear. It was Karyn.
"Jon, you idiot! It didn't work! I didn't think it would work! Now what can we do? This was your plan! Now it's your fault!" she shouted anxiously.
"Uh, just a minute. I gotta get up," Jon replied drowsily.
"What? How can that be?" Karen complained. "All night I kept waking up because, you know, it was up. This morning it was up. It's up half the time! It's up now! And you: you're a guy! You're supposed to have a dick! You're supposed to have erections! And you don't? What kind of justice is that?"
"OK, hang on a minute. Are you decent?"
"No, like I said, at least half the time, including now!"

Instantly Karen was standing in front of Jon dressed only in a sexy bra and a sheer white blouse. For some reason, she was holding a pleated skirt in her right hand,
"I thought you said you were decent," Jon apologized.
"I said this thing won't go down!" Karyn snapped back. It wobbled as she spoke. "None of my panties fit over it. None of my shorts or pants fit over it. And if I put on a dress or a skirt, this, this thing keeps poking out.
"I could with for that to be normal," Jon offered.

"All right, hang on a minute," Jon replied and then, picking up both the wishing rock and his phone, he stated, "I wish my phone would connect me to whoever has the genital-swapping magic wand."
"Hello," said a girl's voice, and Jon was instantly on edge. A guy, after all, was supposed to have the wand.
"Uh, hi, this is Jon, from school," he began, taking care not to mention which school. "Who is this?"
"Carly Carlson," the voice replied, and Jon instantly felt sick to his stomach.
"I'm tracking down a certain magic wand," he stated.
