"Hey, Karyn."
"You wouldn't believe what just happened this morning," Karyn said.
"I could take a guess," Jen said.
"Yeah? Well, my biggest wish finally came true. I don't know if it was you or someone else that made the wish, but this is just wonderful."
"Okay, Karyn. What happened?"
She pointed to herself. "These are what happened. I hated it when I had those giant breasts. They kind of clash with my desire to be boyish, don't you think?"
"Sure, but you know you didn't have them that long."
"What do you mean? I've had big breasts for years."
Jen and Zoe glanced at each other.
"Actually, you haven't," Zoe said. "The stone isn't working correctly and some of the wishes that were granted were messed up."
"Messed up?"
"Yeah, sorry Karyn. But the stone can't be used for a while. It has to," Jen looked at Zoe, "recharge itself."
"Recharge itself? What are you talking about?"
Jen and Zoe told her everything that they were discussing before Karyn met with them.
"Well, that's kind of bad," Karyn said.
"I think it's a little more than that," Jen said.
"Hey, guys," Zoe interrupted. "I'd really like to stay and chat, but I've got to get to school. I'll see you later." She walked away, but then turned around. "And Jen?"
"Yeah?"
"Don't use the stone. Okay?"
"Sure." Jen put the stone in her backpack.
Zoe walked away to school.
After a bit, Karyn and Jen followed her.
"So, you used to be a boy, huh?"
"Let's not talk about that now, okay Karyn?"
"Okay." Karyn smiled.
