The rest of the day went mostly as Jon expected, all the boys treated him like some freak, as he spent the whole day acting like a girl. The girls on the otherhand had very mixed reactions. Some of the girls treated him just like the boys did, and some girls were impressed by his fashion sense, and his devotion to trying to be as girlish as possible. He found that while being accepted by the girls, he felt completely natural around them, and he didnt realise it until Karen mentioned it durring Sixth period.
"Jon, you are really getting into this aren't you?" she said to him.
"Huh? what do you mean?" he said while he was freshening his lip gloss before the bell rang.
"Jon... you're turning into a girl... well, without the actual turning into a girl part..." she teased.
"Karen, look. You wanted me to act the part.... I'm acting the part!" he said as he crossed his legs and turned away from her as the bell rang. Yet in his heart he knew she had a point... he was turning into a girl... and he didn't know if he could stop it.
