Karen decided to let the wish take its course, since Jon will just be normal again anyway, thanks to her making an "out" in her wish.
Throughout the day, Karen noticed that Jon's (or now Jenny's?) schedule was different. He wasn't in the harder classes that Karen was in. Apparently Jon's new mind was a bit on the sluggish side when it came to harder subjects.
Karen only saw Jon once more before the end of school that day, and that was at lunch. Jon was sitting with Sarah and her friends. "Jenny" saw that Karen was looking in her direction, then pointed at her as she said something to Sarah. The whole table roared with laughter. Karen just wanted to leave, so she dumped her lunch and left the lunch room.
After school, Karen waited for Jenny to come outside and change back into Jon, but she never came out.
"Why isn't he out here yet?" she whispered to herself. Then she remembered what day it was: Tuesday. The cheerleaders practice after school on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
She ran to the football field just in time to see all the cheerleaders run out of the school. One of them was Jon. He was a boy again. But there was something wrong. Besides that fact that he was wearing a cheerleader outfit (which isn't too weird, considering he - as a she - put it on in the locker room), Jon was acting like a girl.
She tried to remember how she worded the wish. She thought that what she stated was perfect, but what if it wasn't? What DID she say? She thought out the words in her mind: I wish ... that Jon was a sexy blonde-haired ditzy cheerleader ... until he leaves school ... then he will return to how he was before. Before? Oh no. Before what? Before school? Just before school started, Jon acted like girl, because of a previous wish. Now he's like that again. Only this time, maybe forever.
