... it was Karen! She looked just like she did before this whole mess began, with the short red hair and the smaller boobs.
"Well just look at you," shaking her head in disbelief, "what have you done to yourself this time?"
Jon shut the door to the car as Sarah jumped into the driver's seat.
"Karen?! But I thought that other woman was..."
"You really are clueless, aren't you Jon? Or should I call you Joan? or perhaps Melissa?"
John cringed and looked down at herself.
"I'm sorry Karen."
"Don't apologize to me Jonnie," Karen continued, "I woke up yesterday morning and everything was back to the way it was before I used the rock. I was thrilled, so I called you up to ask you what you wished."
"And I wasn't there was I?"
"Wrong! You were there, but you didn't know what I was talking about. In fact, you had never head of the rock! I thought whatever you did erased the rock's existance in the first place, which was a shame, but I was okay with it, since at this point you're probably thinking like I am, that the rock is more trouble than it's worth. So I went back about my buisiness. Until I got the mail later that day."
Karen paused and unfurled a magazine, holding it up in front of her, it was an Entertainment Weekly and the headline proudly proclaimed:
Rock and Roles: Behind the Scenes with the cast of You Are What You Wish!
"Oh, my god!"
"Oh my god is right, as soon as I saw that, I decided to hightail it out here to L.A. figuring that the actress playing 'Jon' would know something about all this, so am I right, 'Melissa'?"
"Oh, what have I done?!" Jon buried her face in the seat's headrest.
"What have you done? Only some of the most brilliant wishing I've ever seen! You completely negated the effects of the rock, and the only side effect is going to be a completely forgettable cheesy teeny-bopper movie! All we have to do is switch your mind with the other Jon, and then make fake-Jon's mind in your body think he has always been an actress. Then everything will be completely back to normal!"
Jon instantly perked up, "Hey you're right.!" Sudden;y she felt alot better about her transformation. "Uhm, just one thing Karen, why did you bring Sarah along?"
"I needed a ruthless thug to play the role of a cold-hearted bitch agent. Plus her dad's a pilot so I could get cheap plane tickets if she took us. So I offered her a wish in exchange for her help."
Sarah glanced over to Jon and winked, "At first I was skeptical, but hey, I had the free tickets anyway, so I figured they were worth a shot at wish! Looks like I got the best end of this deal."
"Whatever," Jon replied, "How can we trust you?"
"I can always drive you to your shoot at Modern Bride, Melissa! I bet you'll look precious in a wedding dress."
"Okay, okay, I guess if I still had balls, you'd have me by them."
"Look Jon," Karen interrupted, "We're two wishes away from fixing everything, so I figured even trusting Sarah was worth that. So just give me the rock so we can put everything back to normal."
"Yeah Jon, cough it up, girlfriend."
Suddenly, Jon realized he had left the rock back on the set!
"Uhm..."
