Karyn had wished she could make body modification wishes without the stone. She had meant to do it inside the cabin where Jon had already given permission, but it still worked outside the cabin if she also got permission. And "body modification" was quite a broad thing.
"Jon, agree to this wish, okay? Stone: I wish my body became that of a comic book mutant, giving me the power to teleport myself and this car to the cabin, and that then I would change back to normal."
"Sure, I agree!"
Karyn felt something itch on her skin. Then she looked at her hands and realized they were covered with blue fur, and some of her fingers were fusing together! Nightcrawler, from the X-Men. Or something like that--she'd have to have a greater teleport range than him. Karyn instinctively knew what she had to do and with a bamf disappeared, taking the car and passengers with her and reappearing parked by the cabin, the policeman far out of sight. Then she felt the fur fall off and turn into dust. She moved her fingers around--she was glad to be back to five per hand. She was still male, but now that she was by the cabin that was no longer a problem.
Karyn rushed inside the cabin to get the stone. It had been so foolish an idea, to leave the stone behind. They already had to agree on wishes anyway, it wasn't as if they needed to leave it there to avoid temptation.
Meanwhile, Jon was saying "Karyn? Do something. I really don't think this is going to work. I can't be pregnant and also have a newborn baby. First, it makes no sense--the timing is impossible. Second, it's embarrassing, and what if someone sees me? We're out of range to have anyone's memory changed by the stone. And third, you know, having a baby isn't something you can just undo."
"Sure I can undo it."
"Just like a man to say something like that" replied (female) Jon to (male) Karyn. "Would you also zap away, oh, your mother or your sister?"
"Oh, come on" she said. "I didn't mean I really would. We're just going to go to the mall and have lunch and shop. And nobody's going to recognize us."
"What about the timing problem?"
"Well, I have an idea, Tell me if this sounds okay, Jon. I wish that..."
