Then Jon walked into his home and was greeted by his mother who was sitting up in her chair reading a romance novel.
"Jennifer dear, how was your evening, come in and tell me all about it over a cup of coffee, and then I can go over your schedule for tomorrow. But first, let me have your money from tonight so that I can put it away for your college fund," Jon's mother asked holding her hand out.
Jon handed over the money and sat down with his mother to have a cup of coffee, surprised by how much he liked the taste of it.
