After time was unfrozen, Jon watched his mother step through the already-opened door. She looked bewildered for a moment. "Was this door already open?"
Oops, Jon thought. I forgot to close it.
His mother shrugged and walked into the living room. "Oh, Jon. There you are. I just need to get my phone. I forgot it again."
"No problem, Mom."
