Jon turned and found himself/herself facing a girl he had seen at school.
"Oh, hi," s/he said. "I just came out here to ... " To what, s/he thought. " ... to exercise."
"Me, too," said the girl. As you can see, I need it." The girl was a year, maybe two years, younger than Jon. Her features were Asian, kind of cute. But she was a little on the heavy side, perhaps as much as 50 pounds heavier than she should be. She had on a grey sweatsuit and white sneakers. "My parents have bought this campsite and are planning to turn it into a fat farm camp. I'm Gwen Wong."
"You go to school in town, right? I've seen you there before."
"You have? I've never seen you before. And I think I'd remember someone with a body like yours!"
"Oh, I haven't had it that long," said Jon. "And we're probably not in the same year. I'm a senior."
"I'm a junior. But what do you mean you haven't had your body that long?"
As Jon struggled for an answer, he absent-mindedly pushed one of the remote's buttons while pointing it at the ground. A second later, Gwen screamed. Jon turned around and saw an ant, nearly two feet long, standing behind him!
