"You must've figured I'd be somewhere else right now, huh?" said the policeman as he took Jon's license.
"I wish you were, copper," said Jon under his breath.
"Jon!" cried Karyn. She was staring beyond him out the window. Jon turned and saw the policeman -- who had turned into a statue of solid copper! In a panic, Jon grabbed his license from the brown-red-metal hand and took off!
