Freedom of movement

After Jon's last wish, Karyn realized that Jon had technically finished wishing as he had not noted a number of wishes. So, as Jon was still standing just in front of her with a growing smile on his face, lost in his own happiness over his perverted wishes Karyn took action. She had along with several other girls from her school attended a self-defense class offered by the Police department to women where she had learned how to take long an attacker. She reacted as quickly as she could bring her hand up in a fist and driving it into Jon throat with as much force as she could muster, while stepping forward to plant her knee into Jon's balls. As Jon started started to blackout from the pain from the two take down attacks the stone fell from his hand. Before he fully passed out he heard Karyn say, "You will not die, but you might wish you did when you wake up."
