"There. That's better," approved Karyn. "What do you think, Jon?"
"Jon?" the girl asked. "Why are you calling me Jon? You know my name is Jennifer, sis."
"Huh?" Karyn was confused, but then she remembered when Jon turned into the eagle. He had actually become an eagle, physically and mentally. And now the same was true for this girl. She didn't have Jon's mind. She had her own mind. Jon was gone.
