Anne looked at the two female leopards. She felt a little guilty about her wish, but on the other hand, if a wish couldn't be undone, and they had ended up wishing themselves to be pregnant leopards, then there was nothing she could have done about it but make them comfortable.
"And having the two leopards really helps with the breeding program," Anne muttered. "Breeding in captivity has never been easy, and cheetahs are even harder to..." She paused, a thought going through her mind. She looked at the stone and then at the leopards. Only the presence of the stone in her hand gave any indication that the conversation she had had was more than a hallucination, really. A stone that grants wishes...?
"What the heck." Anne held the stone tightly and said, "I wish that the zoo was actually owned by me as a private animal conservation and breeding center, in good financial shape, that I could change people into whatever kind and gender of animal I wanted to and back again." She gasped and almost dropped the stone as she felt something happen.
She stared at the stone in her hand, then at the two leopards who were now sleeping, sprawled out in the their cages. "Did that actually work?" She looked around the room. Things seemed different, but she couldn't put her finger on the changes. If her wish did work... she grinned evilly, and walked towards the door. That jerk Larry was going to be in for a shock, then...
