I enjoyed being a leopard, but being in the zoo was a bit dull so far. So dull, in fact, that I fell asleep. I eventually woke up, but only because the two hours were up and I disappeared from the zoo and reappeared back where Karyn originally made her wish.
I was back to being a were-leopard. And "hello", I said. Yes, I could talk again. I looked down at my wristwatch and saw that it had indeed been two hours. I was late for class! How would I explain where I had been?
