Glancing around, I took Xenia by the arm carefully and pulled her down the corridor gently and ducked into a stairwell where we could have some privacy. I glanced around again to make sure it was safe, and couldn't see anyone other than me, Xenia and Karyn, who had tagged along.
"Jon," whimpered Xenia, "What's going on?"
I sighed, "Can I trust you Xenia?" I said sternly. "Can I trust you keep what I'm about to say between you me and Karyn?"
"Of course!" she replied, crossing her arms "Don't you trust me?"
I sighed again, "I..I barely know you. Until a few minutes ago you were just a friend of my sister's."
She looked horrified and furious. Before she could react further I continued "I have a magic stone and I made a stupid wish to be more confident with girls, and somehow that made you my girlfriend. When you wished that I was a goth, it made me a goth."
Seeing that she didn't believe me, I pulled out the stone and said, "I'll prove it; I wish..."
