Let Karyn have her fun. I, for one, was not going to have to go through all that, let alone the possibilty of losing the rock. It just wasn't worth it. So as all the cheerleaders were going onto the field, I simply snuck out the side door of the gym.
Unfortunately I found myself face to face with Sandra. She was sneaking a smoke out in the back of the school. Black hair, piercings, rebel...the exact opposite of who I was now (as a cheerleader). Under normal circumstances, we'd have no problems with each other, as we were both dubbed "unpopular" though for differing reasons, but as a cheerleader now, she felt the need to confront me.
"Hey, Cheerleader, compass in your pompoms broken?"
"No. Like why do you like always make fun of us?" I realized as my nervousness grew, my use of the english language seemed to sound more ditzy. Ugh, I could shoot myself for saying that.
She got in my face. "Because you all make fun of me..." She paused. "Plus, you can't say more than five words without saying like."
"Well, maybe we don't make fun of you because we hate you..." I said realizing I was actually beginning to be able to talk clearly. I began to glare into her eyes.
"Yeah?" She sent a look back.
"Maybe it's because we like you." Damn, I couldn't believe how smooth I was being. If I was a guy, this girl would be...
In the next moment, Sandra stuck her tongue in my mouth. I suppose it was satisifying in many ways. First of all, I was still attracted to girls, I was attracted to Sandra. Next, it was good to be able to talk to girls, Sandra. God, this is nice.
