Sherry waved Mikey and Zoe off to school and returned to the kitchen to get the rock from its hiding place. Tossing it from hand to hand, she weighed up her options. Jon wasn't up yet. Sherry had let him sleep in after what had happened...and after what she had found out this morning.
Without being able to dirctly reverse the wish, Sherry could not think of a safe wish that would undo what had happened. Maybe she should throw it away so it couldn't do anymore damage. She was sure that with her help Jon could ...adjust to his new role in life. Being her wasn't all that bad and she had always wanted a sister growing up. After the initial shock Sherry was confident he would get use to it. Wouldn't he? Sighing, Sherry returned the rock to its hiding place and decided to go up and check on her son. As she ascended the stairs she though how strange it was that she could still think of him as her son Jon but was absolutely unable to express or articulate out loud that he was anyone else but her twin sister Sandra.
As Sherry approached the bedroom, she heard the distinctive sound of a woman crying within. Sherry opened the door, she found Jon sitting on the edge of the bed sobbing into his hands, dressed in a silk knee length nightgown. Jon turned to face her with his teary face, identical to her own and hefted the large breasts that adorned his chest.
"Its happened Sherry, the transformation is complete. I'm now totally female and identical to you!" he sobbed in his mature female voice.
"Oh there there Sandra dear" Sherry sat on the bed and comforted her new sister "come on now, it won't be that bad, you'll see. I'll help you adjust"
"Adjust! Sherry I've gone from being a teenage boy to a middle-aged woman in less than a week! How can I ever adjust to this?!" Jon cried and gesticulated to his transformed body.
Sherry thought for a minute "You remember when you first went to school? How strange and different it was? Well that's just like this, except now you have me to help you." Sherry stood up and tapped Jon's shoulder. "Come on Sis, let's get you dressed. It's no good sitting here sobbing"
