Deciding that he wanted to see what things would be like with being how he is now he thought it would be a good idea to go out and see if anything had changed.
Jon grabbed his wallet and opened it up and noticed on his driver's license it had a picture of him as he now appeared to be with his longer, darker hair. The sex section still listed him as a male but he figured it might not for much longer. He tried to slip it in his back pocket but found that it wouldn't fit so he had to hold it in his hand.
He opened his closet back up to try and find an appropriate shirt to wear and found himself settling on a soft red shirt that seemed to hug his upper body a bit more than it should.
Looking at himself in the full-length mirror that had recently appeared in his room, he decided that he was satisfied with his look and headed downstairs to get ready to leave.
Sherry however had seen him making his way down the stairs and towards the front door before stopping him in his tracks.
"Where do you think you're going young man?" she asked him in a stern voice.
Realizing he had just been caught he thinks it's best to tell her the truth of his intentions.
"Mom I wanted to see how things have changed with me as I am now." he replied. "Guess I'm just curious to see what else out there is different."
Sherry sighed and put her hands on his slim shoulders.
"Jon how about we go out together so I can be there for you if you need me. Stay right there and let me grab my purse." with that she headed back up into her room and grabbed what she was looking for and headed back downstairs.
"Ok I'm ready to go. Got any place in mind you wanted to visit first?" she asked.
"Not really, I guess we could just drive around until we find something." he answers.
The two of them then get into Sherry's convertable parked outside and hit the road watching for any interesting destination that they could check out.
