"What is that?" Susan asked.
"My lucky rock." Robin said, happy that his voice didn't sound so 'gravely'.
"It is pretty. Can it see it?" Susan asked.
"Sure." Robin said.
"If it is lucky for you, I wonder if it is lucky for someone else." Susan said.
"Why?" asked Robin.
"I am going to have some tests run this afternoon. I am a bit worried what they will find."
"You aren't sick, are you?" Robin asked, his obvious concern coming through in his question.
"I don't think so, but "
"But?" Robin asked.
"But my folks have been acting a bit strange, like they suspect things are really bad, and I just don't know."
"You can borrow my lucky rock when you go to take the tests, if you want." Robin offered.
"Thanks for offering." Susan said, "I don't really believe in luck. I do wish that there is nothing wrong with me. I just want to be a healthy girl." She added giving Robin back the rock.
Accepting the rock back from Susan, Robin said, "I wish that too."
