"Yo! Dominic! That girl Katie, she's hiding out at my house. You can pick her up here. Nah man, I don't care about her. I just said that for her sake." He hung up the phone. "I'm sorry Nick, but I love her." He mutterred to the door and then called back, "I gotta go out for a while, talk to you later."
"Ok, I'll be here when you get back." Katie's voice called back.
"No, no you won't. I'm sorry man." He said as he walked out of the apartment.
