Fortunately for Jon, that wish wasn't quite as bad as he had thought. Guys have tits already--just not big ones--so that wish didn't affect him. And the wish was that Jon and the rock would go back where he came from--which sent the rock and him to the same place. So Jon hadn't lost the rock.
All the wish had done was send Jon back where he came from.
He was in a bedroom--which reminded him of his parents' bedroomn, but things were different. It seemed newer--the walls were freshly painted, the wedding photo on his mother's dresser looked new. On the bed was a man and woman moaning and groaning in the middle of sex--and it was all too obvious that that couple was the same one in the photo. Jon had been sent back in time where he came from all right--back to the moment of his conception!
The two didn't immediately notice him, but his father happened to glance his way and fear appeared in his eyes--the fear of someone confronted by an intruder while in the most vulnerable position possible. Jon's father tore himself away from his mother.
Oh, no, thought Jon. He could wipe himself out of existence if his parents didn't conceive him. "I wish that Mom and Dad over there don't notice me today and even forgot they saw me here."
Soon his parents were busy again. Jon was being reconceived. But did that work? He knew nothing more about time travel than various sci-fi shows told him, but he guessed that unless his being here was a part of history anyway, he could have changed something. If his conception and his mother's pregnancy wasn't exactly the same down to the tiniest detail, he could be born female, or twins, or maybe just a little different. He didn't even know if the 'new' Jon would still have the rock. And the 'new' Jon probably wouldn't have made the wish which brought Jon here. Would there be a different, second, Jon when he got back to his own time?
Jon decided to see. "I wish I would travel back to my own time, and my own room. I also wish that whoever is there would not be upset at my presence."
Jon reappeared in what looked roughly like his room. It was the same shape and visible outside were the same trees, the same buildings. A calendar showed that it was today again. But the room itself seemed different. The decor had changed, and on his bed sat....
