Only this CJ was a bit different, she was no longer linked to her Jon past. She no longer remembered ever being a boy.
Jane noticed that CJ was acting a bit different but couldn't put her finger on why.
Once they were home, CJ helped her mother with dinner and then helped clean up afterwards; something that neither Jon nor CJ had cone before (at least not without a big fight). She then went to her room to finish her homework.
About an hour before CJ's bedtime, Jane stuck her head into CJ's room. "Everything okay Honey?" She asked.
CJ looked up from her homework and said, "Sure Mom. Everything is fine."
"No problems with your doctor's visit this afternoon."
CJ set her books aside and looked at her mother. "I didn't enjoy it, but then I don't think that you enjoy it when you go for your visit, do you?"
"No. I can't say that I do." Jane admitted.
"I guess I will have to accept it, as part of being a woman."
Jane wasn't sure how to take that comment. Before she could say anything more
