Jon's mom said I have a lot of good memories of the Girl Scouts too "I wish Jon had joined the scouts." She then thought to herself 'He could had so much fun.'
Jon having heard his mother's wish cringed in fear. He then looked at his reflection in the mirror. And he saw a girl.
In fear he once more grabbed for his boyhood. And once again it was still there.
Just then the phone rang. Jon's mother, standing closest to the phone answered it.
After a brief conversation she hung up the phone. "That was Mrs. Harrell, your Junior Girl Scout troop leader. She called to lets us know that she is running a bit late and won't be by to pick you up for another twenty minutes to go on your outing. She reminded me to send you with about ten dollars to cover dinner and to allow you to buy some souvenirs."
"What!?" Jon exclaimed. "I can't go, I am not a Girl Scout."
"I think you are." Said Karyn, "Your mother wished you had joined scouts."
"But she didn't say Girl Scout."
"Well you were in a Girl Scout Uniform."
"I don't care. I am not going to any dumb Girl Scout meeting, and that is final."
"Jon, I have just about had it with you and your attitude." Karyn exclaimed. "You will go to this girl Scout outing, you will enjoy yourself, you will act like any other ten year old girl scout, and you will answer to the name of Catherine-Jane until I tell you otherwise."
Jon, now Catherine-Jane meekly agreed with Karyn. He couldn't do anything else as her earlier wish that he do what she said was still in affect.
Looking at his mother and Karyn he, no she asked, "Can you at least wish that everyone sees me as a girl until you let me be Jon again. Please."
"Of course, Cee-Jay." Jon's mother said, "I wish
