They made quick time from where Jon was changed the second time to his front porch and found his mother standing outside waiting for him.
"Karyn, where did Jon go? He was with you before, I need to talk to him about something right now," his mother said. She looked very upset.
"Well, umm, he said he had to take care of another part of the dare, something about meeting someone at the mall for something. I was not informed on all the details. Sorry," Karyn said trying to come up with something quick on her feet. Since Jon did not get home yet in his new body, he was not able to change back as per the first wish, and since he did not get home, he was also stuck in the dress.
"Well, if you see him, tell him to get his butt here this instant," she replied before going back into the house.
"Damn, I am stuck until I go in, what do we do?" Jon said with a worried look.
"I am not sure yet, let me think. I wish I knew why your mother seemed so upset," Karyn said while still holding the rock. Just then, she saw in her mind Jon's mother walking into his room and seeing all of the girl's clothing in his room as per Sarah's wish. "Well, your secret stash is out, your mom saw all the clothes in your room, and she is upset about that. She thinks since you made it sound like wearing the capris before was part of a dare, that you were lying since your room is now full of that type of stuff. So, we need to get you in the house, and figure out a way to get upstairs and fix all of these things, before it gets worse."
"Worse, how can it get any worse than it already is," Jon said. Just as he finished saying that, the skies that had been getting cloudier before opened up, and it started to downpour. They were quickly getting drenched.
"You had to ask didn't you, any other bright ideas?" Karyn replied.
