I can't believe someone as stupid as you is controlling my body. Do you realize there were about a trillion other wishes you could have made that would have been much simpler? You could have wished for him not to see you. You could have wished for him to forget about the stone. You could have wished for him not to mind that you had the stone.

Second, Sarah continued, seeming to ignore Zoe, it happened really fast. I just thought that if he saw you in his room, even with the stone, he wouldn't freak out.

After a few minutes of searching Zoe's closet for something that wasn't explicitly gothic, Sarah finally managed to find a suitable outfit. Then, with a little makeup, they were ready to go.
