Sarah nearly squealed with delight at the power she now possessed, but quickly quieted herself, careful not to raise any suspicion. She heard footsteps coming up the stairs, and spoke quickly.
"I wish I was back at my house in my own bedroom." Sarah felt dizzy, but the disorientation passed quickly. She opened her eyes and saw the familiar surroundings of her own bedroom. She spent a minute just looking at the rock, wondering where it came from. How could something like this actually exist?
But there was no time for that. It was time to have fun. And fun, for some time, had involved tormenting Jon and his friend Karyn. Sure, Sarah had been good friends with Karyn in elementary school, but things changed. Sarah knew that Jon more or less despised her, and over the years he had probably used that to turn Karyn against him.
Obviously, Karyn was jealous of what Sarah had. That was evident from the wish she'd made. But now that she had the stone, Sarah would make sure that Karyn had plenty more to be jealous about. And the best way to do that was through her closest friend: Jon.
"I wish that Jon Madison would gradually start to act and dress more and more like myself. I wish that, by the end of the week, he will be acting and dressing exactly as I would, and will believe that's the way he's always been. I also wish that, as his mind changes, his body from the neck down will transform until it is identical to mine. And, I wish that only myself and Karyn Black would notice these changes."
The stone seemed to pulse slightly in her hand... odd, it had never done that before. Must be a lot of wishes to process, she thought. Then she smiled. The next few days would definitely be getting more interesting.

At the same time, Jon was tearing his already messy room apart. He knew exactly what had happened, he just didn't want to believe it. Soon, he was on the phone.
"Karyn, it's gone!"
"I know it's you, Jon. What's wrong?"
"No, it's GONE! Sarah has the stone!"
"What? How did she-" Jon cut her off.
"I'll explain everything. I'm on my way right now. Just keep an eye out for anything unusual. We've got to figure out how to get the stone back."
Jon hung up and ran down the stairs, nearly running over his father.
"Woah, son," he said, "Where are you going in such a hurry?"
Jon quickly made up an excuse about having to study at Karyn's and bolted out the door. He was about a block away when he paused. He had an uneasy feeling... that something was off. But he quickly shrugged it off and continued running, hoping he could find a way to get the stone before Sarah made any wishes.
