Nick reluctantly opened the door. Carol, Megan's best friend was at the door dressed in a tight red dress which perfectly accented her Red hair and green eys. She pushed past Nick and into the room. Nick got out of her way nervously, Carol had never approved of Nick for some unknown reason.
"So Nick flaked on you again did he?", Carol said.
"What? No I just. . .I mean he just. . .", realizing he wasn't Nick at the moment.
"Good", she smiled, "get dressed, and wear something slutty we're getting free drinks tonight!"
"But Nick. . .", Nick started.
"Nick is oblivious. Besides I heard a rumour Paul is going to be at the club tonight. I know you've thought about him."
Nick, didn't know how to react was Megan seeing someone else? Nick was angry but unsure. He wanted proof.
"What are you waiting for? Get dressed!"
Nick knew how to find out. He went in to get dressed.
