I did not have much time to see what was going on. Things were going way too fast for me to process everything that was happening. I did catch a flash of the character details on the text box before it fully disappeared from my field of view, however. Apparently, I was going to be a merman. I had a chance to decide whether or not to accept the parameters set. I didn't even look at the menus again. There were no other changes I wanted to make. It was time to get going and play the game. Suzie was waiting for me. I was surprised as my body morphed. The mirror let me see my whole body at once. It was not that strange. I always had this type of upper body. The only changes were the hair color changed to black. My eyes were now purple. My nipples were now gone as well. The lower body was much different. I had the tail of a fish starting where my hips were. It was a black and white stripped fish. The spiky fin stretched along my back. The room was now filled with water. I saw a door. I swam and put my hand on the large knob. It was intuitive seeing as I was no longer a human.
A large silver popup appeared in front of me. It said "You are leaving the character creation room. You will not be allowed to return here again. Are you sure you wish to leave the room?". I knew that lots of time had already passed. I wanted to hurry and find Suzie. I turned the knob and opened the door. It was a bright white light I could not see through. I guessed I was supposed to walk just through it to get to the game. In my case, I guess that I would have to swim through. I did and continued on for what felt like 10 seconds. The world needed to load, I guessed. My eyes blinked and I was suddenly in an underwater environment. We seemed to be around a coral reef. l walked out to the street. I looked around for 5 minutes. Nobody approached me when I stood there. It was dark and evening. My head was on a swivel. Getting my bearings was easy to do. I could swim up and down the area. Swimming and diving was a very easy task for me as well. The game engine was actually very intuitive when it came to their full body immersion. More than I had thought when I bought FOG.
