Without really thinking, Melissa said "I wish I could just forget all of it."
"Forget all of what?" Amber asked.
Melissa looked at her strangely. "Who are you?"
"What?" Amber asked. "Melissa, stop playing around."
"Melissa? Is that my name?"
"Melissa, stop it," Amber said. "It's not funny."
"I ... I can't remember who I am." She looked around at the two girls and three guys. She didn't know who any of them were. They were complete strangers.
Amber grabbed Melissa and shook her. "What's wrong with you?"
Melissa looked at her with wide eyes. "Did you do this to me?"
"What are you talking about?"
"I don't know you. I don't know any of you. How do I know that you didn't kidnap me or something?"
