We could always get around that. Even though I was kicked out of leadership, PBJ Clan was too strong to ignore. You needed 5 XX-fames to open the portal. Out of the mighty 8 up there in the coalition, over half of them were from our clan. That allowed us to play hard ball. Not only would the coalition fail without us, we could just simply make more and go independent with no push back whatsoever. Adding Impact Clan would not be so bad. We had a need to fight the government anyway. They had a lot of power. It was clear that they would not be fine with making compromises with the cyborgs. Even the Advocates were considered enemies that needed to be eliminated from the continent. Toxic, Impact and Radiation transmission hubs were already down because of them. They were also making massive incursions into the Wind Clan's territory. Having some Conqueror Progenitors that wanted to fuck them up would make it easier to get our points across. After clearing the government and army out from the Wind and Impact Clan would likely bring them to the table. It was the best outcome.
Xenophobia aside, I think they could help out. Clearing out all the bio-mechanical beasts plaguing the desert and ocean would be nice. It was Heat Clan that reclaimed a nice chunk of the coastline for humans to enjoy the beach again. They could do a lot more if they had the chance. Oswin and I were on the train. He was texting all of his clanmates about his next steps. No doubt his phone was extremely secure and not hackable for regular people. I was going to have to convince him to join the coalition now. It was crucial to start here. The coalition was in the palm of my hands. That was not a major concern. Even with the PEP and AEP units that opposed me, I had leverage. There was no point in even bringing it up if Oswin was not on board first. I had to think about what I wanted to say to him. He was a Conqueror clan head. This was not going to be easy at all. Once he finished his smug plotting and texting, he looked at me. He saw me looking at him and sighed. He already knew that I was up to something. "Whatever you're scheming, no. I am way too busy for it Brianne." he said.
I was not going to give up so easily. Leaning on him, I smiled and rested my head on his chest. Oswin frowned. "What are you doing now?" he asked. I replied "I wanted to listen to your chest." He rolled his eyes. "I do not have a human heartbeat. You already know this." he snapped. Clearly, he was not amused. I was going to have to up the charm then. I looked up at him and smiled. "But that strong electric hum as all your systems run functionally also is a sound I like." I told him. He looked stunned. He then looked away from me. "If that was your clumsy attempt to mate with me, it's not going to work. I'll never let a human climb over me and make me look so foolish." he said. I sat up. "I would never do that to you. You know that I genuinely respect you and your boundaries. You could be on top and go at your own pace sinking down on me." I said seriously. Oswin scoffed. "That's still pretty presumptuous of you to assume that I would allow a human to penetrate me." I smirked. "That's good though. I was scared that you were still going to try taking my sperm to infect humans with disease."
