Losing out on sex was something. I had to wait for it. I went back to the arena for a gladiator fight. Cassius and Caelus fought with me. We did a 3 on 3 battle against the gladiator slaves from the pit. It was an obvious win. They both smiled and pulled me into a hug. I hugged them back. It was a very great thing that we had such a close relationship after everything we had gone through. We went back to the house. I asked Aelia if they would like to have sex. It had been a couple of days since coming back from the party. They said that they were willing. First, those of us who fought needed to take a bath. I thought that it would be nice to go to the public bathhouses. It was a chance to strut around like celebrities that were also close to the people. There was one in the slums that was still pretty well maintained. There were shallow pools for bathing. I wanted to be able to talk to both of them. I made sure to wash them off before letting them in the bath to soak. They also had to return the favor. They did not seem too keen on it. Both of the twins loved to sink into the oil scented waters.
It was that calming and relaxing. All in all, it was a really nice experience. Smiling, I said "Maybe we should make this a regular thing to celebrate our wins at the arena. It would be worth it. We're getting popular." Caelus sighed out loud. "Who cares what they think? We're just slaves and former thieves to them. They cheer for us now, but they would cheer even louder for our deaths if we ever lost." he said. It was a pretty harsh outlook on life. I could never be certain he was not close to the truth though. If I went down, they would spare me. I was a Player though. It really was a toss up for the twins' case. They were currently undefeated in both Irab and Ainon Provinces. The fame and good will they had gathered could give them a boost when the crowd decided their fate. Cassius was not paying the thought any mind. "As long as the oils smell as nice as this, I can bathe anywhere master." he told me. He was not bothered by the prospect of defeat. He and his twin brother had won so often that he did not fear any gladiator slaves. "All that we have to do is keep winning." Cassius said firmly.
