Polo was bred and then sent on his way like the others. It was time for PBJ Clan to have more AEA units. More importantly, having AEA units that would be Researchers was on the docket. There were 12 AEP units native to the clan: Nolan, Brenden, Wendy, Charlie, Ava, Aaron, Caleb, Cameron, Adrian, Charlotte, Eli and Colton. We were missing some of them. Adrian, Caleb and Cameron went up into space in an XX-frame during the rescue mission for the coalition. The other XX-frame that we sent up there had Charlie and Charlotte. The pilots were not available to breed. That meant Nolan, Brenden, Wendy, Ava, Aaron, Eli and Colton were left. 7 was an odd number. I decided that Eli, Aaron and Nolan had proven themselves as studs. Pulling them into a huddle, I said "Heat Clan are going to have AEA units. It's time that we had some more here as well. Actual Researchers at that. You 3 are going to pair up with any of the native AEP units of the clan and breed them. This is a big mission and I can only trust you 3 with it. Is that clear!?" was the pitch I gave them. They were really excited.

Quite shockingly, Wind Clan got their third XX-frame into space a couple of in-game days later. They had 3. The Void Confederation had 2. 5 were needed to make the portal stable, but they had stationed themselves in 2 very different places. Wind Clan was a clear threat. I had no clue that Brett gave them so much money. Luckily, they had a cap on pilots. Only AEP units were able to be pilots. To make one you needed 2 X-frames with the sexual upgrades. After getting pregnant, the female X-frame still needed 9 weeks in-game to incubate. Seeing as they had to scramble for internal support within their territory for the confederation to go through, it was doubtful that the minor clans had any. With the money they had, they could simply commission their subordinate clans to make X-frames and produce AEP units. It did nothing about the cost in terms of time. The 6 AEP units of Wind Clan were pilots now. I knew that they had at least 7. As long as they had no pilots to man their XX-frames, they could not compete. Still, that meant they were 1 AEP away from their fourth XX-frame in space.

Rallying the clan together, it was time to answer them. Eli, Aaron and Nolan were no longer busy. They knocked up Wendy, Ava and Brenden respectively. Those three needed to stay so that they could give birth to AEA units. It meant that Colton, Eli, Aaron and Nolan were all free to pilot. We sent the 4 of them to the Foundry deep in the dessert. XX-frames took a month to build. Having 2 made at the same time was optimal for us. 5 XX-frames were needed to maintain a 1000 foot diameter portal. At the moment, we had 6 up there. That meant our portal could be up to 1200 feet. Adding 2 more before the game's time limit would allow for a massive portal. One that had a diameter of a staggering 1600 feet. They ran off right away to grab the materials from the labs and then head out. 01 and 09-003 were not very pleased at this new turn of events. "Why do they get to go off and be pilots? What about us!?" 09-003 questioned me. 01 was right next to him. I looked at them. "No. You guys are Conquerors. I don't think you will go with the others to help them. You can't go to other Conquerors."

It made them angry. "Well, why should we bring Advocate and Researcher Progenitors here!? We need Conquerors here to fix things." 01 said. I really did not care. Their motives were clear. I was not going to cause a massive shit show when we were literally on the verge of winning. That would just be stupid. They pouted, but there was nothing that they could do about it. I could only watch as they stomped off. On this server of FOG, 1 second of time in real life was a minute in the game. If there was a week of real life time for Players to have a chance to interfere with the aims of the coalition, it meant that the in-game timer for the Progenitors to arrive was set to over 13 months. It was more than enough time in game to send out 5 XX-frames. Wind Clan had whatever amount Brett gave them. Void Clan seemed to be limited to the 2 they currently had. With the third XX-frame of Wind Clan in space, the military knew that they had to do something. Instead of blockading all 13 of the transmission hubs, all of the heavy hitters would go to Wind Clan to end the threat. No chance of that working.
