Jon walked through the Parking lot thinking about the day ahead of him.
He wasn't sure why exactly he got so mad at Karyn. She was his best friend, yet on the other hand, when he found himself in this situation she didn't offer to help. She could have offered him her clothes, she could have tried to help him. But instead Sarah was the only person in the school who was kind enough to offer to help him. Yet he knew she had only done it to mess with him.
She just wanted to mock him, at least that's what he thought at first. But for some reason she hadn't done anything of the sort. In fact she had been very kind to him, giving him many tips on how to pull off different outfits. Tips he could make a lot of use from, if he weren't a boy.
Yet here he was, walking like Sarah had suggested, and he felt his skirt flipping back and forth as everyone in school watched him enter the school. He saw the Cheerleaders standing to the side of the Hall talking. And as soon as they saw him, Lindsey stopped and they all turned their heads in his direction.
"JON! JON MADISON!" Lindsey screamed at him "Get over here right now!" Jon's face went flush, he knew his cheeks were red and he hung his head and walked over to them fearing the tongue lashing they would give him.
"Lindsey..." Jon squeaked as he attempted to deflect her onslaught.
"Jon, Sarah told us what she was having you wear today and none of us thought it was a good idea." Lindsey started."But Jon, You look amazing!" Lindsey remarked, ignoring his mild attempt at speech. "You really pull that off, it's like that Uniform was MADE for you!" she said holding him at arms length and looking him up and down.
Jon wasn't sure what was going on as he looked at the other cheerleaders and they were all commenting their agreement.
"wha... what?" Jon said meekly.
"You're going to have to join the squad tonight at the game!" she said turning to the rest of the squad for approval.
"Wha... No! Sarah said..." Jon tried to interrupt.
"Jon, you're wearing a Cheerleader Uniform! You showed up to school on a game day in that Uniform, you look good in it too, to not join us would be a huge insult to us and the school!" Lindsey said rather convincingly.
"But... Sarah said she was going to swap after school and..." Jon stuttered.
"Jon, Sarah stayed home sick... we NEED you!" Lindsey said, her eyes locked on his demanding his acceptance.
"Okay." Jon said defeated. It couldn't get any worse than this he thought.
