Stacy and Leslie agreed to spend the time until they could swap back together. Neither had anything else to do, so they went to Stacy's place.
It was weird for Leslie, being yet another woman, weirder now that he was the object of his own desire. Stacy seemed to get used to it quite quickly and soon she was her usual chatty self.
"At least I know she's not into me." Stacy said at some point.
"What do you mean?"
"I could see her looking at you, looking at me I mean. I saw no desire, nothing that showed she likes me... or you, you know what I mean." Then it clicked, Stacy was talking about how Marcia had reacted to them as Leslie.
"Uhm, I'm not so sure. We just had a few moments together, maybe Leslie is shy?"
"Haha, Marcia, you're sweet, but I know about this, I have a sixth sense. She's not into women." concluded Stacy.
Shit, I need to somehow reverse this, but I can't really do anything before I change back to my old self, thought Leslie.
"Don't give up, maybe she's just discovering her true feelings? The other day she seemed really interested to me. It almost made me jealous of how much she was into you." Shit, did I push it too far, thought Leslie.
Stacy gave him a weird look, which Leslie recognized from her old face. On Marcia it looked cute, but not as stunning as it had with her real face.
"Anyway, Marsh, let's go over the plans for the meetup tonight. I, meaning you now, can't miss it. I'm supposed to give a welcome speech and all."
Now at Stacy's, they went over the plan. Leslie would pose as Stacy, giving the speech, welcoming the new members, hanging out with the community, while Stacy as Marcia would be his shadow, helping him at all moments to recognize people and intervene when necessary.
During the afternoon, Leslie had been in touch with Marcia, the real Marcia, over text. Marcia said she was just gonna hang out at her own place and that Leslie should text whenever they could swap back. Leslie thought Marcia was taking it too well, but having no power over it, he focused on the task at hand: pretending to be Stacy.
With everything ready, Stacy said "Let's go, Stacy!", to which Leslie just smiled as they left the building.
