At this point Sarah had started she wish. "I wish you would shut up and stay still for the next ten minutes." Seeing that her brother had frozen in place, she began to think about what she wanted to do to him. "I wish that you were a nice, polite little brother who would do absolutely anything for his sister Sarah, but that deep down you hated me and everything about me, but were incapable of doing anything about it."
Little did she know that the middle clause of that wish was already true. That was enough for now. She would deal with him further later. She walked past him into the kitchen, sitting down at the table where she knew her mom would sit a plate of breakfast in front of her.
"Thanks, Mom!" She said cheerfully as she dove into the hash browns and eggs she'd made; Mom had never done anything wrong to her. She was safe. But Sarah knew how Dad treated her, and that was what was on her mind as she headed out to school...
