Jon looked around, his mind racing. He just lost his way inside the house and he was stuck outside! For the moment, he didn't see anyone and calmed down a little. He could still try the front door, but it was too risky. Maybe the kitchen windows were open and he could use them.
His heart pounding harder than ever, he leaned on the wall and got up from the ground. Helping with his hand to mantain his balance, he moved to the side of the house, following the wall. Once he got to the windows, he unsuccesfully tried to lift the window frame, they were locked, too.
"Shit... thanks mom... The only way in it's now the front door, but what if it's locked too? Someone it's going to see me... Sarah, you fucking bitch" cursed John.
Carefully, he walked the way along the house, just until he reached the edge of the wall, just next to the porch, and looked at the street. Luckily, it just seemed deserted, it was his chance. Trying to take steps faster in the painful shoes helping himself with the porch banister, he reached the door and turned the doorknob. The door was open! If he wasn't in such predicament, he would definitely jump from the excitement.
Just as he closed the door, he rested his head against it, relieved.
CLAP CLAP CLAP CLAP
The sudden clapping sound behind Jon startled him and he lose the little balance he had, falling back on his butt. In front of him was Sarah, with the stone in her hands.
"Well done, Jon! Honestly, when I closed the back door I didn't really thought you would have the guts to do it" laughed Sarah.
"You... you did it? You had been watching me?" asked Jon, surprised.
"Of course I'd been watching you, silly. Definitely worth it, that Karyn bitch just began sobbing on a corner. She's going to ruin her make up, thank goodness I make it permanent. Anyway, you did a good job hiding your little secret, pervert. Especially that little stunt with your mother. God, it was so amusing seeing you crawling around the house." laughed Sarah again, even louder seeing Jon getting red from the embarrassement.
"Cut it! Why are you here again? Didn't you ruined my life enough today?" yelled Jon.
"Oh, no, no. In fact, I'm here to make it better. For the moment. You made my day with your little adventure, so I'm going to give you some relief." explained Sarah.
"So?" asked Jon.
Sarah grasped the stone firmly and made a wish, "I wish that the highest heels Jon saw today where the most embarrassing pair he owns and that he was wearing them instead".
In a second, the arch of his foot became less pronounced as the ballet shoes changed to a pair of pink fluffy slippers, just like the ones he packed in the worn-out sports bag under his bed. Although a tad relieved, that wasn't much better. He still had to worry about getting discovered... with that.
"What, you aren't even going to thank me?" mocked Sarah, playfully throwing the stone in the air.
