Tony was very drunk and went out for air, so drunk that when he realized he had to pee he decided to go against the side wall. Unfortunately this caused Officer Brown to notice him and she took him in for drunk and disorderly conduct. His last words being "But I've got a girl in there."
"They all do sweetie. I'm sure she'll be there next time you come."
