“So Rebecca what happens in this episode?” Jon asks her.
Rebecca stood there with a look on her face as if she was deep in thought. She turned to look at Jon.
“I can’t remember kid.” She tells him.
“What do you mean you don’t remember? You are a part of the show you should know it better than anyone.” Jon says to her looking worried.
“I know that kid but the last thing I remember is hearing the office phone ring after Mr. S solved the case of Si Robbin. He was attacked and ended up in the hospital and wanted Mr. S to find out who and why. He did, it was Si’s ex’s new man he wanted to warn Si away from the dame.” Rebecca explained to Jon.
“Nothing after that? Jon asked her.
“Other than the phone ringing in the office only to find that imposter answering it instead of me,” Rebecca told him.
“That imposter is my mother and I told you she is displaced just like you are,” Jon told her trying not to raise his voice.
“Sorry kid,” Rebecca said sounding genuinely sorry for what she had said.
“It’s ok,” Jon said in reply.
He knew that he needed her help if he was going to get his mother back. He was wondering why Rebecca could only remember information on her character (her life) up to the point she had left the show. He had been counting on her detailed information on the show to help him rescue his mom, now he would need to work out another way of rescuing her. He turned to see that the show had gone to another commercial and his mother had yet to appear on the screen where was she.
