"Sarah?" She looked up and saw Jon across the hallway.
The way he was looking at her raised Sarah's suspicions. He seemed to be looking at her hair and clothes. Sarah, who was used to people admiring her beauty, could tell this was different. He wasn't admiring her as much as studying her.
Come to think of it Jay had seemed to brush her off after the initial shock of seeing her. She was one of the most well known girls in school, and that nerd didn't seem to know her at all.
And shouldn't people be more surprised by what had happened? All around Sarah the female half of the school looked different, but both genders continued on as normal.
Only Jon seemed to have picked up on any differences.
"Hey Jon, I-" Sarah began answering, ready to find out what he knew. She was interrupted by someone before she could say more.
"Hey there Jon Boy." A blonde came up to him before pulling him in for a deep kiss. It was several seconds before she released him.
Jon looked just as dazed as Sarah felt. She had never known him to be a ladies man of any sort.
The thing that bothered Sarah about this blonde with the huge sweater puppies was the familiar green jumper she wore. It was definitely the belonging of Karyn, the loser who always hung around Jon. The person wearing it was definitely not Karyn though.
"Oh, sorry Sarah. I didn't see you there. Did you need something?" The mystery blonde asked in a friendly tone.
"Uh, yeah. Can we help you with something Sarah?" Jon offered after a second.
