Being framed would definitely be bad for him. He would not lose his ability to pilot, but people would blame him for their failure. People would look at him like he was the defective one. With there already being stigma against him for being half Japanese, there was no way that anyone would want to partner with him after that. Kazuki could not risk that. He did make friends, but they were in their own partnerships. It would not be fair on them to drag them away from their own working relationships.
