As John and Daisy kissed he got a weird feeling he was being watched. Suddenly the roof of the house they were in was ripped off and Sarah, now much larger than before (or was he smaller?) was looming over them with an evil sneer on her face. Daisy, and several other fairies flew up to stop her but she froze them all with a wave of her hand and they all fell, lifeless, to the ground. The last thing John saw before passing out was Sarah's enormous hand reaching down for him...

...He woke with a start. Looking around he was surprised to see he was in some kind of hospital room. At least, it reminded him of a hospital, only more earthy. Vines were growing all along the walls with flowers sprouting all over them, the floor looked grasslike, and even the walls looked like trees growing tightly together to form a building. For a moment he thought maybe this whole thing was just some kind of weird fever induced dream until he sat up and felt his large breasts weighing on his chest and saw his blonde hair in in his field of vision. He laid back down with a sigh and watched as the door opened and a beautiful woman came in. She was a little taller than him but mostly his size. For another brief moment he hoped that maybe he was at least human again until she turned a bit and he saw her wings.
"Good, you're awake. You gave us quite a scare when you collapsed upon arrival miss..."
John then realized that he hadn't thought of a name for himself. It was in the back of his mind but dealing with Sarah had been foremost. He thought back to his dream and replied, "Daisy"
"Well, then Daisy, do you remember how and why you were banished from the human world? Did you escape a cruel tormentor? Or were you forced out for mischief?"
John's mind was blank. He knew he had a reason he needed to get back and that it was urgent, but he couldn't remember how he ended up here, and what few memories he had were fading.
"I... don't remember" he replied.
At this the other fairy looked at him with a puzzled look and said, "Really? You don't have to lie, you aren't in any trouble. We just like to keep records of this so we can prepare future vistors to that world".
John nodded his head and said, "I'm sorry, I really don't remember. The last thing I remember is..." he froze, a look of terror on his face as he realized all he knew was that he had to get back. He didn't even remember being human or male anymore, "I don't remember anything before waking up in this bed!" He panicked as he jumped up and floated up to the ceiling. The fairy rose to meet him and called out,
"Violet! Tina! I need you in here, we have a problem" as she tried to comfort the now visibily shaken John.
She reached out and put her arm around him as they both descended to the floor. Once there, she sat him on the bed and pulled up a chair.
"Please, try to relax. I'm sure we can help you if you just calm down." She took his hand in hers and a glow came from her chest that spread out until it was covering them both. This made him feel very comfortable and he mellowed out a bit just as two more fairies, each as beautiful as the one he was talking to came in the room pushing a cart with various vials and flasks on it.
"Are you ok, Gen?" the smaller of the two asked.
"Yes, thank you Tina. You can leave now, I've got this under control"
The two fairies turned and left.
Gen reached for a green flask. When she opened it a white cloud of vapor came pouring out, that upon coming in contact with the glow turned bright blue and as he inhaled it calmed him further until he no longer fel a need to run. Once he was lying down, Gen asked him once again,
"Please, if you're lying let me know. You don't have to tell me anything else, just admit it if you're lying."
John was in total relaxation mode and felt no desire to hide anything from anyone, yet he still had no memory of who he was and why he was here. He told her, almost casually, "I have no idea what you mean. I'm not lying. I don't remember how I got here or who I am"
Gen frowned as she said, "But you told me your name was Daisy. How did you know your name then?"
John, shocked to hear his name was Daisy when he was sure it was wrong, replied in a drugged stupor, "Daisy? That's a girl's name".
This seemed to upset Gen even further as she asked, "Yes it is. Because you're a girl", to which John started, "No I'm..." then looked to his chest and held his breasts in each hand, "...oh, I guess I am. Cool. Hey, I have wings!" then laughed like an idiot before passing out.
Gen called out to him, "Daisy? Daisy? Can you hear me? Are you awake?" When there was no answer she covered him with the blanket on the bed and went over to her desk where she made an entry in her log:

Subject: Daisy
Condition: Amnesia brought on by returning to the fairy world.
Summary: Subject fell unconcious from the sky three weeks ago. Remained unconscious until this morning. During slumber occasionally spoke two names "Sarah" and "Karyn", as well as various threats and pleas for mercy. Veritas elixir used with mixed results. Subject seemed confused when realizing she was a fairy, and that she was a she.
Course of action: Further observation is needed. Patient is not lying and truly does not remember anything. Mind link may be the only way to help her.

Just then, Gen had a thought and wrote, "Could subject be human male transformed into fairy? Has subject been in contact with wishing stone?" but shook her head and erased it. She needed proof before making that claim, the wishing stone was an urban legend and she would be laughed at if she put that in her official log. Still, it could explain things, no fairy ever came back in this condition. Except for those in the old tales...
