6 spectators were there to watch what would happen with Aoi and Jiro. Kazuki was rooting for his squad mate in his mind. The pair took their visors from the staff. It was a simple first step to synchronization. Everyone had to do this. Jiro did look markedly more nervous as he reached out. Kazuki wondered if maybe doing the big stand off with Aoi was the wrong course of action. It seemingly caught Jiro off guard. That was not good. You needed to be able to relax and trust your partner for the most stable connection when you attempted to synchronize. When they made the world, Aoi got on the bed. He squinted his eyes and faced away from Jiro for the first full minute. It looked like he was not as rested as he needed to be. Jiro asked if he was okay. "Don't pretend to care about me, loser! I can Top! That's all you need to know. Where's your Black Pulse!?" he spat as he slapped the hand touching his shoulder. He then grabbed Jiro and forced him into position. Jiro was startles and contorted into a weird pose. Aoi just did not care. He used his 62 White Pulse to push inside the Black Pulse.
Now that they were able to connect together, they just had to hold it to prove that it was stable. Aoi looked like he was having trouble with maintaining it. Jiro really could do nothing to help from the uncomfortable position he had be pushed into by his clearly struggling partner. They were able to make it to the 3 minute mark. Jiro was very happy that he had gotten through it. Aoi got up and began stumbling off on his own. Jiro looked from him to the many spectators in the viewing area. Kazuki and Aito were fine. Haruki and Haruto gestured for him to follow after the white haired boy. Still not knowing anything, Jiro just threw his arms up. "Seriously! Fine. I'll go after him then. It's my partner after all." he snapped before giving chase. It probably was not fair to him to keep him in the dark. Then again, there were things better off unknown in this world. Ignorance was bliss sometimes. Kazuki did not see a reason to poison the well and put Jiro in a poor headspace. Letting him do what was needed was fine enough. Especially since Kazuki would be keeping an eye out. He would be there for Jiro.
