Since they were not getting anywhere fast, tensions began to flair. They were arguing and blaming each other. Haruto and Haruki had to break it up. Kenji was correct. It was not good here though. His max was a 44. He hit that on the first run. On their second try, he had a 38. The third try would be even lower. Kaito at least had a passable Black Pulse. It started at a flat 60. He then gave him a 52. The twins looked at them before lookin a bit nervous. "You know, I heard a rumor." Haruki said to the pair. They both looked at him. "Apparently, close physical skinship can help increase a bond between pilots. I don't know if it's true though." Kaito looked desperate. "I'll do whatever it takes." Kazuki snorted. He had heard the rumors too. He luckily never had to resort to anything like that. "Even if it means getting fucked in the ass in real life? You are the better Bottom here Kaito." That made both of them flinch. Both of them were straight as far as Kazuki could tell. Then again, he did not know anything about them. Kaito grit his teeth before dragging Kenji away. They had until the evening.
The Twins and Kazuki all exchanged a look. "Damn. What the hell!? How desperate is Kaito right now!? He does know that he has Haruto if things don't work out today, right? I don't believe it" Kazuki asked. Haruto shrugged his shoulders. "Hey. I'm also a failure in the shakeup. Just like him. Even when we got through the shakeup, I was a Bottom all 3 times. And he saw it. The only person I have ever been able to Top was Haruki. Those aren't the best odds when you're about to get cut from the whole program." he said. Haruki smirked as he said "Kenji saw me Top you and then literally haul your ass over to the infirmary. He probably can relax a bit more seeing what I can do in a cockpit. We've also been hanging out a lot since then to get closer." He then rolled his eyes. "Probably still won't mean anything if his Black Pulse is still that low, but it's better than what they got going on. Or maybe he accepted that he's already gone." Either way, things were not looking good. With them gone it was time for a relaxed Kazuki and Haruki to go for their first session in the afternoon. They did it before.
Getting in and starting the world was easy. Kazuki took much less time to marvel about the kitchenware in the room. He had just accepted that the twins were quirky. For him, the only thing that mattered was synchronizing their pulses and holding it for the full time they needed to. If that took place, Kazuki could care less what any of the shared spaces looked like. He watched as Haruki got down on all fours as he generated as much Black Pulse as he could. Haruki's Black Pulse was only at 46. It was an exact replica of his brother. That was still not a good thing at this stage. Kazuki had a decent White Pulse. It was a 65. That was enough to connect. Kazuki did notice that a bit of tensing up was going on with Haruki. He was starting to lose focus. He did not want his pulse to lower any more. That would put the connection at risk. It was not all that strong in the first place. Kazuki rubbed his back for him. "Don't worry. Keep it up big guy. We got this." Haruki opened his eyes and looked over his shoulder at his partner. "You're not hitting me?" he asked. Kazuki tensed up. "I'd never hit a partner."
