A commotion start happening when one of the customers try to sneak out of the place without paying for their drink. One of the employee took notice and, as a result, said customer start dashing to the door. Eventually, the dine and dasher got any exits blocked from them by the other employees. They then proceed to drag them into the staff room, certainly to show them what happen to non-paying customers.
Now would be the time to describe the character. Or continue the story.
