More Complications

"I'm going to be honest, Sarah," John said, "I really don't know what I can do to reverse the wish."
He set Sarah down on the bed and thought to himself. First thing was to do something about the rock. It would be too easy to lose at this size. Sarah's wish was only about her so he hoped the rock could still be affected.
"I wish the wish rock was bigger!" John said.
With a sudden flash, there was a huge boulder sitting in the middle of Sarah's bedroom.
"Dammnit!" shouted John, "I wish it was smaller! Smaller!"
But to no avail. The wish could not be undone.
From the bed, Sarah eyed the rock. If she could only touch it...
"Don't even think about it!" John shouted, "I wish Sarah was tied up."
Suddenly, ropes appeared around Sarah's arms and legs and she lay flat on her stomach with her hands behind her back, shouting and crying with inaudibly high squeals.
"I need some help," John thought to himself, "I wish Karyn were here!"
There, right next to the rock, appeared Karyn, dressed in her underwear with a toothbrush in her mouth. She was obviously getting ready for bed. He newly enhanced breasts caused John's mouth to fall open for a moment. He hadn't seen them this clearly until just now.
Shaking off the shock, Karyn, spit toothpaste from her mouth.
"What's going on, John?" Karyn demanded. Where are we? Is that the rock?" she pointed to the boulder.
"Yes it is. We're in Sarah's bedroom."
"Sarah McMillan?"
"Yeah, she tried to steal the rock."
"Where is she?" Karyn asked
Grinning sheepishly, John reached down and lifted the tiny bound woman by the string of her thong, dangling it in front of Karyn's face.
Now it was Karyn's turn to have her mouth drop. "What did you do to her!?" she asked.
"She did it to herself! Mostly! She was wishing-- Wait, she took the rock-- Hold on," John said, trying to find out how to explain, "I know, here--" He put his hand on the rock, "I wish Karyn knew exactly what happened to Sarah!"
And with that, Karyn vanished...
